Orders & Shipping

How long does standard shipping take?

We offer three shipping tiers to meet your schedule. Standard Shipping arrives in 5–7 business days. Express Shipping delivers in 2–3 business days. Next-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 CET within the European Union. All orders are dispatched from our Milan atelier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders over €200. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping is charged at €8 within Europe and €18 internationally. Express and next-day options carry an additional surcharge regardless of order value.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to our courier's tracking portal. Tracking information is typically active within 12 hours of dispatch. You may also view your order status by logging into your Aurelia account.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide, including all EU member states, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UAE. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our client services team for assistance with your order.

What is the estimated delivery time to my country?

Delivery times vary by destination. EU countries: 2–5 business days. UK & Switzerland: 3–6 business days. USA & Canada: 6–10 business days. Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days. Middle East & Asia: 7–12 business days. These are estimates for standard shipping; express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes may be accommodated within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered the packing process. Please contact us immediately by email at contact@aureliaactive.com with your order number and the corrected address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Garments showing signs of wear, wash damage, or missing labels cannot be accepted. Certain items — including swimwear, intimates, and personalised pieces — are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please email contact@aureliaactive.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our client services team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (EU customers) and detailed instructions. Non-EU customers will receive return instructions and a returns merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once your return arrives at our Milan facility and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes. We offer free size and colour exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Subject to stock availability, we will despatch your replacement immediately upon receiving your original item. Please mention your preferred replacement in your return request email. Where your requested size or colour is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or issue a full refund.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping is complimentary for all EU-based customers. A prepaid DHL return label will be provided in your returns confirmation email. Customers outside the EU are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as Aurelia Active Couture cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit without tracking evidence.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide, which includes measurement instructions and conversion tables for EU, UK, and US sizing. For the most accurate result, take your measurements with a soft tape measure and compare them to our size chart rather than relying on your usual clothing size, as our Italian sizing may differ from other brands.

Do your products run true to size?

Our core leggings, shorts, and sports bras are designed to run true to our size guide measurements with a close, performance-oriented fit. Our outerwear and jacket styles are cut slightly more generously to allow layering. Each product page includes specific fit notes — we suggest reading these carefully, and if in doubt, sizing up for outerwear pieces.

Are there size restrictions for certain styles?

Most of our collection is available in XS through XXL. Select limited-edition and atelier styles may be produced in a narrower size range due to the nature of the fabrication. We are continuously working to expand our inclusive sizing, and our team is happy to advise on alternatives if your size is unavailable in a particular style.

What if I am between sizes?

If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for compression-fit styles (leggings, shorts) and following the bust measurement for sports bras. For outerwear, the larger size typically offers a more comfortable silhouette. You are always welcome to contact our personal styling team for a one-to-one recommendation.

Products & Care

What fabrics does Aurelia use?

Our garments are crafted from Italian performance fabrics including our proprietary AureliaTech four-way stretch fabric, recycled ECONYL® nylon, and blended Merino technical knit. All materials are selected for their superior moisture management, UV protection (UPF 50+), and durability — qualities we believe should co-exist with exceptional luxury aesthetics.

Are your products sustainable?

Sustainability is central to our atelier philosophy. Over 70% of our current collection uses recycled or sustainably sourced materials. We operate carbon-neutral shipping across all delivery zones, use biodegradable packaging, and support reforestation projects through our partnership with One Tree Planted. We publish an annual transparency report on our environmental and social commitments.

How should I care for my Aurelia pieces?

To preserve the integrity of your garments, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water (30°C maximum) on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and tumble drying — air dry flat in a shaded area. Technical fabrics should never be ironed directly. Full care instructions are printed on each garment's label and also detailed on its individual product page.

Are your products machine washable?

The majority of our activewear is machine washable on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30°C. Certain premium Merino and hand-embellished pieces require hand washing only — these are clearly marked on the garment label and product page. We strongly advise using a mesh laundry bag for all Aurelia items to protect the fabric structure during machine washing.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Core collection styles are restocked regularly. Limited-edition pieces are produced in finite quantities and may not be restocked. On sold-out product pages, you can register your email address to receive a restock notification. We produce limited drops seasonally — follow us on Instagram or join our newsletter to be the first to know when new stock arrives.

Payments & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are processed in Euro (€). For international orders, your card provider will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payment data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 technology and processed through our PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Aurelia Active Couture does not store card details on our servers. Our checkout is powered by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar during checkout.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes. We partner with Klarna to offer interest-free installment payments, splitting your order into 3 equal payments over 60 days. Simply select "Pay in 3" at checkout. Klarna is available to eligible customers in supported countries. A soft credit check may be performed by Klarna at the time of checkout.

Can I use multiple promo codes on a single order?

Only one promotional code may be applied per order at this time. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other, and most codes cannot be applied to already-discounted sale items unless otherwise stated. Gift card redemptions are treated separately and may be used alongside a single promotional code.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Aurelia Active Couture digital gift cards are available in denominations of €50, €100, €200, and €500. They are delivered instantly by email and can be redeemed at checkout. Gift cards have no expiry date, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Physical luxury gift card presentations can be arranged for orders over €300 — please contact us to arrange.
