We want you to love your Aurelia pieces. If something is not right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return process with free returns for all EU customers.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We offer free size and colour exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To arrange an exchange, please include your preferred replacement item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Where the preferred replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
Once your return is received and inspected at our Milan facility (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account — this is beyond our control.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of return receipt confirmation, please contact us.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@aureliaactive.com with photographs. We will arrange a prepaid return and replacement or full refund at no cost to you, regardless of your location.
